II. Product Description
This product is a self-contained biological indicator composed of thermophilic Bacillus stearothermophilus spores (ATCC 7953), a recovery medium (sealed in a glass tube), and a plastic casing. The spore concentration ranges from 1.0 × 10⁶ cfu per vial to 5.0 × 10⁶ cfu per vial. Under sterilization conditions at 50℃ with an H₂O₂ concentration of 2.3 mg/L, the D-value is between 0.75 and 8 seconds.

Monitoring of the sterilization effectiveness for hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizers.
